Asiavesta Strategic Investment is a highly experienced investor in company restructuring. We are a strategic partner capable of transforming medium-sized companies into large corporations and/or facilitating them to go public in less than 3 years.

Asiavesta Strategic Investment was founded in 2008 by Ahmad Sadat, an entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience in developing companies across various sectors and industries.

Asiavesta Strategic Investment will serve as a strategic partner that assists medium-sized companies through capital infusion and comprehensive company restructuring, enabling them to become large corporations and/or go public in less than 3 years.

Currently, we are investing in several companies, including PT Idea Indonesia Tbk, PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk, and PT Hassana Boga Sejahtera Tbk.

We are investors (not consultants) with extensive experience in company development. We are fully committed to assisting in company transformation, as our interests align with those of the founders. While founders focus on running day-to-day operations, we concentrate on restructuring, ensuring swift transformation and rapid business growth. We do not take over company control, become majority owners, or alter the company’s culture.

We are looking for established medium-sized companies with a strong and unique business, significant growth potential, and substantial impact. Additionally, these companies should have the desire to transform into larger corporations through inorganic means.

We still open for companies that are at least 3 years old, as long as the founder has more than 5 years of business experience and expertise in the same field as the company being operated.

We are seeking medium-sized companies that have generated profits. With a cumulative pre-tax profit over the last 2 fiscal years of at least Rp 10 billion.

We remain open to companies that meet any of the following alternative indicators:

1. Minimum annual revenue of at least Rp 40 billion in the last fiscal year.
2. Cumulative cash flow from operating activities for the last 2 fiscal years of at least Rp 20 billion.
