Asiavesta Strategic Investment
PT Asia Intrainvesta, known as Asiavesta Strategic Investment, was established in 2008 by Ahmad Sadat. The company was founded as the legal entity of Ahmad Sadat. He invested in the company without operating the business directly. In 2012 the company started recruiting teams for operations and investment management and created Brand Asiavesta, which is an acronym for the name PT Asia Intrainvesta. Until 2018, the company invested in several companies, stock exchanges, startups, and various investments in the property sector.
In 2019, Asiavesta invested in Idea Indonesia, which can optimize all its strengths in the process—starting from the capital, banking access, financial restructuring, administration, taxes, legal, etcetera.
Along with the restructuring process at PT Idea Indonesia, Asiavesta began redefining itself into Asiavesta Strategic Investment with the vision of becoming an investor that is highly relied on by investees and highly trusted by other investors.
PT Idea Indonesia Tbk (IDEA) transformed into a public company in September 2021, one of the new milestones for Asiavesta.
At this moment, Asiavesta’s transformation began by positioning itself as an investment company that transformed a medium-sized company into a large corporation. With segmentation, medium-sized businesses over five years old have a strong commitment and competence to become large corporations in less than three years.
Asiavesta Strategic Investment also set a target to go public by 2025.
Why us?
Asiavesta is an Investor (not a consultant) who is very experienced in developing companies. We are always all-out helping the company’s transformation because our interests are the same as those of the founder. The founder focuses on running business operations, and we focus on restructuring so that the change goes quickly and, at the same time, the business is also proliferating. Asiavesta did not take over the reins of the company, did not become the majority owner, and did not change the company’s culture.
