We focus on developing medium-sized business with over the minimum 5 years operation in the market; having a profitable and steady bottom line; and have a strong commitment and competence to become large corporations in less than 3 years.

To be part of Asiavesta Strategic Investment, the Company must meet the following requirements:

Has a Strong and Unique Business Model

  • Already in the business for more than 5 years and has a good business track record.
  • Has an interesting background or business journey, strong growth, and good rates of return.
  • Has a solid and experienced management team in its respective field.

Has a Strong Financial Position and Meets At Least One of the Three Indicators:

  • Gross revenue in the last financial year was at least standing at IDR 40 billion.
  • The accumulated earning before tax in the last 2 financial years was at least standing at IDR 10 billion.
  • The cumulative cash flow from operating activities in the last 2 financial years was at least standing at IDR 20 billion.

Has Significant Potential for Growth and Impacts

  • The company’s business cycle is in the growth phase.
  • It has a 5-year business development plan (road map) including detailed investment fund need assessment to support the road map.

Aims to Transform Into a Large Corporation Through inorganic ways

  • Through business restructuring, taking into consideration the legal, financial, and taxation aspects.
  • Issuance of new shares as capital injection.
  • Bank loans.
  • Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).
