After listing its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on June 22, 2023, the stock rate of PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk (RELF) is still going fast. This can be seen from the trading data that RELF has increased more than 2 times from its initial price at the level of 90 per share.
Even in early week’s trade, Monday (10/7/2023), RELF shares still strengthened from their opening price at 167 to a level of 183 or 16 points, equivalent to 9.58 percent. The shares of this property issuer were traded 7,992 times, with a transaction value of IDR 23.61 billion.
Despite the fast pace of its shares, Ivan Darmanto, Main Director of RELF said that the company’s performance is indeed in the best performance at the moment, the company which has a project in Greenland Kemang covering an area of 13 hectares is currently making preparations for the opening of two new projects located in Semplak, Bogor and Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. So that this year the Company will have three projects with an estimate that more than 1,300 housing units will be built.
Still according to Ivan, the Company was only established in 2018, but long before that the Company had a long experience and track record in the field of housing developers. RELF, which is part of Relife Property, can immediately accelerate its business, so that it can pursue rapid growth. “The company also recorded good sales, where as of June 2023, the number of bookings and contracts was 168 units,” said Ivan Darmanto in a statement to Media, Tuesday (11/7/2023).
